The fourth edition of the Milan Image Art Fair (MIA) opens this weekend in Milan with photography by more than 200 Italian and international artists, from established to emerging. MIA has held events in Milan, and the fair will debut in Singapore in October 2014. MIA is unlike any other photography festival in Italy or around the world, because each artist has their own booth and their own catalog. By giving each photographer their own solo show, MIA allows fair visitors to see a broad range of each artist’s work. The fair includes landscapes, documentary and conceptual photography, and portraiture. Galleries in Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Hungary, the United Kingdom and Greece represent the exhibiting artists.
