Photo by Jan Sochor. A Haitian street vendor passes the tap-tap bus on the street of Port-au-Prince. Tap-tap vehicles serve as public transportation in Haiti. They are private, operate over fixed routes, departing only when full. Tap-taps are painted with bright colors and fancy designs, such as scenes from the Bible, Christian slogans, TV stars or famous football players.
