New York, NY. An opening reception is scheduled for September 17 from 6 to 8 p.m. This is the first exhibition as part of a new partnership between National Geographic and the Steven Kasher Gallery.

  1. Growing up in Marquette Mi, the Shiras name was all around – I saw some copies of these (I think) at the Peter White Public library – He died in Marquette and is buried there. I may be wrong on this, but if I remember right, those images were done at Presque Isle Park – *sigh, it’s beautiful in the summer, gotta get back!
